As early as May 2018, Twelve Behind had already introduced "Shuanghe Cave, after 31 years of exploration, finally becomes Asia's longest cave." A comprehensive feature on the cave was featured across dozens of pages in the main issue No. 691 of *China National Geographic* magazine. At that time, the confirmed length of Shuanghe Cave stood at 238.479 km—but today, its explored length has grown to an impressive 437.1 km. And with each year’s international cave exploration expeditions led by expert scientists, this record continues to be broken. As a result, Shuanghe Cave has rightfully earned its title as Asia’s longest cave, firmly cementing its position as an unshakable global landmark.
