Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for warmly welcoming government leaders and guests from all sectors of society who visit, inspect, tour, or engage in exchanges at the scenic area.
2. Develop a guest reception plan based on the hospitality requirements.
3. Responsible for properly managing the reception, notification, collection, compilation, archiving, and confidentiality of guest information.
4. Ensure excellent service for visitors by managing their dining, accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, entertainment, and guided tours within the scenic area, and promptly report and address any challenges or requests they may encounter during their visit.
5. Maintain communication with relevant departments to ensure the smooth execution of the reception work.
6. Maintain the scenic area's image and reputation, and actively promote its unique features and advantages to visitors.
7. Assist other departments in the scenic area in handling emergencies or urgent situations.
8. Regularly report to your superiors on the status of reception activities and any issues encountered.
Job Requirements:
1. Candidates should have a college diploma or higher, with preference given to those specializing in Tourism Management, Business Administration, Broadcasting & Hosting, or related fields.
2. Women must be at least 160 cm tall, and men at least 170 cm tall, with a dignified and neat appearance and an elegant demeanor.
3. Possesses strong communication and adaptability skills, as well as excellent verbal expression abilities. Demonstrates a high sense of responsibility and professional dedication, approaching work with meticulous attention to detail.
4. Candidates with relevant certificates such as a tour guide license or driver's license will be given priority consideration.
Work location: Shuanghedong Scenic Area in Wenquan Town, Suiyang County
Benefits and Compensation:
1. Salary: Pay of 3-4K, plus performance-based commission
